Abstract
This research is based on the situation of Guru Al-Quran Hadith in MI Al Hikmah in carrying out the task of syllabus preparation and lesson implementation plan of learning is still minimal understanding and its application in the preparation and development of syllabus and character based RPP. This is because they usually borrow and imitate learning tools that already exist or made by friends who even make MI Al Hikmah teachers become lazy to innovate which in the end syllabus and RPP is too conceptual, irrelevant to the reality in teaching. Therefore, it is necessary to design a Character Based Learning Planning tailored to the condition of MI Al Hikmah. The purpose of this research is to know the description of learning planning of Hadith Al-Hadith in MI Al Hikmah, and to know Hypothetic Design and Final Design of Character Based Learning Plan that is suitable to be implemented Guru Alqur'an Hadits on 5 th grade MI Al Hikmah Lesson Year 2016/2017. This research uses the R & D method (Research and Development) is a research method used to produce a particular product and test the effectiveness of the product. The result is First, Learning Planning of Al-Quran Hadith in MI Al Hikmah is made at the beginning of semester and or once at the beginning of the school year, just not yet adjusted to the learners. Lesson planning of Al-Quran Hadith is still limited to Copas (copy paste) from the previous year. In addition, the teacher also has not elaborated and detailed indicators, learning objectives, material descriptions and assessment of learning outcomes. Secondly, after discovering the facts, it was designed to study the Quran based on character-based hypotheses by integrating character in learning planning as well as describing and detailing indicators, learning objectives, material descriptions and assessment of learning outcomes. Third, the design of learning planning based on the final character of the Hadith is the learning design obtained after the validation of experts (supervisor of PAI Tembalang Sub-district of Semarang City) and through Delphi FGD technique (with two teachers of 5 th grade). The design of a character-based Al Quran study based on character contains Identity of Education Units, Core Competencies, Basic Competencies, Indicators, Learning Objectives, Developed Characters, Learning Materials, Learning Methods, Learning Resources, Learning Steps, and Assessment of Learning Outcomes.
