Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze and prove the influence of financial rewards, professional training, social values and personalities on perceptions between Unwahas, Unissula, Udinus and Unisbank accounting students in choosing a professional career as an accountant. The population in this study are accounting students from four private universities in Semarang City namely Unwahas, Unissula, Udinus, and Unisbank with a population of 620 people. The sampling technique uses convenience sampling. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Financial Awards (X1) have a positive effect on the perception of career accounting student selection as an accountant. Professional Training (X2) has a positive effect on the perception of career selection of accounting students as accountants. Social value (X3) has a positive effect on perception of career selection of accounting student as accountant. Personality (X4) has a positive effect on the perception of career selection of accounting students as accountants.
