Abstract

Background in this research comes from the observation and interview on Extracurricular Pencak Silat in SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Kebumen. The purpose of this study is to produce a product in the form of Pesidorla game model in the extracurricular learning of pencak silat for junior high school. This research is a development research conducted through several stages: Product analysis (field observation and literature review), Preparing the planning, Development of initial product validated by the expert of learning and game expert, using questionnaire and consultation which then analyzed, after that conducting small-scale field trial (12 students), Product revision, conducting Field trial and final product revision. The population of this study is the extracurricular students of SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Kebumen amounted to 72 students. Data analysis technique is descriptive percentage. The results of the small-scale experiments were gained expert validation i.e., Learning Experts I 90% (good), Learning expert II 88% (good), Game expert I 92% (very good), Game expert II 94% (very good). Small-scale test results obtained percentage of 84.97% (good). While for large-scale field trials were gained the expert validation I.e., the learning expert I was 92% (excellent), the learning expert II 94% (Very Good), Game Experts I 94% (Very Good), Game Expert II 96% (Very Good ). Large-scale field test results obtained a percentage of 94.2% (very good). Based on data of research result and discussion, it can be concluded that Pesidorla game can be applied as pencak silat model in extracurricular learning. It is expected that teachers of pencak silat extracurricular can use Pesidorla game model product as an alternative to deliver pencak silat material in extracurricular learning.
