Abstract

The implementation of physical education learning in it is taught various sports that are summarized in the curriculum of physical education. Implementation of physical education in schools is manifested in physical exercise with various forms of activities such as martial arts, athletics, swimming, games, and gymnastics. The shape of floor gymnastics exercise is done on the floor mattress. One example of floor gymnastics is the back roll. The purpose of this study is to determine the increase in learning results of back-rolling through the help of friends in students of class VIII C son of Madrasah Tsanawiyah PSA Nurul Amal Bandungan. This research is a classroom action research which in its implementation consists of two cycles. Cycle I held a one-time meeting with four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection with the subject of research students of class VIII C son of Madrasah Tsanawiyah PSA Nurul Amal Bandungan which amounted to 22 students. The object of the research is to improve the results of learning the back-rolling through the help of friends. Data collection techniques through the performance tests. Data analysis technique is done by descriptive analysis. The result of the research shows, the result of learning the back-rolling through the help of friends to students of class VIII C son of Madrasah Tsanawiyah PSA Nurul Amal Bandungan with complete percentage in cycle I, 36,36% student complete in cognitive domain, 77,27% student complete in affective domain, 77,27% student complete in the psychomotor realm, and mastery learning students in the classical 54.55% of the number of students. In cycle II 81,82% of student complete in cognitive domain, 91,91% student complete in affective area, 95,45% student complete in psychomotor area, and mastery learn student classically 86,36% from number of student. Classically this research shows that there is an increase of students' learning mastery by 31.81%. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that through the help of friends can improve the results of learning the back-roll on the students of class VIII C son Madrasah Tsanawiyah PSA Nurul Amal Bandungan 2017.
