Abstract
This research is a test of the influence of entrepreneurship orientation, and business strategy on business performance of SMEs Batik in District Wiradesa Pekalongan Regency. This study aims to determine the direct effect of entrepreneurship orientation of corporate performance, on company performance, and know the direct influence of business strategy on company performance. Population in this research is all UMKM Batik in District Wiradesa Pekalongan Regency, the amount of sample used in this research is 100 UMKM. Sampling is done by probability sampling method, with Random Sampling technique, that is random sampling from population without considering strata in that population. Primary data was collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents, ie owners or managers of Small and Medium Enterprises, based on research instruments. While the secondary data obtained through the Government District Wiradesa. Data analysis method used in this research is Multiple Regression. Based on the results of hypothesis testing shows that the orientation of entrepreneurship directly and positively affect the company's performance. Furthermore, the results of this study also found that business strategy will affect the achievement of company performance. This means that the stronger the entrepreneurial orientation and business strategy that the company has, it will improve the company's performance.
