Abstract
Teachers are a very important factor in education, because for students teachers are often used as role models and even become self-identification figures, teachers as educational personnel, should have a quality work competence with the hope of education objectives can be achieved optimally. The problem raised in this study is how the perception of non-Penjasorkes teachers on the competence of teachers Penjasorkes in state primary school Cluwak sub-district Pati regency in 2018? The purpose of this study is to determine the Perception of NonPenjasorkes Teachers against Teacher Competence Penjakorkes in state primary school Cluwak sub-district Pati regency in 2018. The population in this study is all non-penjasorkes teachers in state primary school Cluwak sub-district Pati regency 2018 which amounted to 210 non-penjasorkes teachers from 2 DABIN (Binaan Area). The sample in this study were 55 non-penjasorkes teachers who were taken using a certain level of level, such as: high, medium, low level. The variable of this research is the perception of non-penjasorkes teachers as independent variable and teacher competence as dependent variable. The data obtained in the form of qualitative data (verbal) is converted into quantitative data (numerical). While the data analysis using the validity test and reliability test. The results showed that the competence of teacher of Penjasorkes of Elementary School level as Cluwak sub-district of Pati Regency according to the perception of non-Penjasorkes teachers is good, as evidenced by the high pedagogic competence value reaching the average score of 45.12 personality competence reach 45.68 45 social competence and competence professional 44.96. The conclusions that can be taken in this research are: "Perception of Non-Penjasorkes Teachers to the Competence of Penjakorkes Teachers in Elementary Schools as Cluwak Sub-District Pati Regency 2018 is included in the high category". The Penjasorkes teacher should further increase the variation in learning the penjasorkes so that students are not bored and boring. Surveyor teachers should be more creative in designing and developing media / learning tools. The increasing number of facilities and infrastructure owned is expected to improve student achievement in the field of sports.
