Abstract

The background of this research is the study about big ball’s game is handball before studied in the elementary school because limited tools. Many teacher only studied match for POPDA so student don’t know what is the handball’s game. The problem in the research is what is the modle of handball’s game can increase student’s activity movement in study physical education for student elementary school Karangtengah subdistrict in Demak regency. The purpose of the research is product modification type of handball’s game and to know effective or not handball’s game in the physical education for elementary school Karangtengah subdistrict in Demak regency. The research methode is used: research and development (1) do research and collecting data, which result from collecting information, observation and teaching book, (2) planning, (3) development draft product, (4) validation skill, 2 skill game and 2 skill studying, (5) little group experiment by used 16 experiment subject, (6) big scale experiment by 48 experiment suject, (7) finishing the product, (8) implementation is report the product in the form processing quesioner data and angket. From product event validation skill for small scale experiment get product big precentage about 86,4% (good). From product event quesioner student for big product experiment precentage about 90,9% (very good). The conclution of the data that modle of this handball’s game can use as alternative studying modle of physical education for student class five in elementary school Karangtengah subdistrict in Demak regency. Suggestion from physical education’s teacher in elementary school can used modle product handball’s game as alternative in give material learning of physical education.
