Abstract

The purpose of the research to improve the learning outcomes of the students at SMK Bina Utama Kendal 2017/2018 academic year, especially for Ortodock Shot Put using sand-ball bullet media. The researcher is using Classroom Action Research (PTK). Data source of the research is all students in class XI RPL 2 SMK Bina Utama Kendal 2017/2018 academic years, with consists of 15 male students and 18 female students. The tecnical to collect the data are observation and documentation. To analizie the data, the researcher used paradox-defined description. The research be done in two cycle. The research procedure included planning, action, observation and reflection. The results of the research from the pre-activity on students that equilibrium rate is 15 students (45%), after implementing cycle I, 22 students (67 %) are able to reach the KKM, while in cycle II increased 23 % to 29 students (88 %) which able to reach the KKM. Based on the result research it can be concluded that there are some improvments on students achievement especially for ortodock shot put using sand-ball bullet toward class XI RPL 2 SMK Bina Utama Kendal.
