Abstract

This research is both experimental design with post test only control group design beginning with 70% ethanol extract of creation with the method of maceration. Extract preparations made with cream base vanishing cream with extract concentration variations of F I (5%), F II (10%) and F III (20%) with he control base (F 0). Next cream tested chemical and physics properties of the tested irritation. Organoleptis test data and test its homogeneity analyzed are descriptive. Measurement of PH, Spread power test, test power latched onto, and the viscosity is analyzed statistically linear regression. While the Primery irritation test is analyzed with Kruskal Wallis because the data was not normally distributed then followed by Mann Whitney test. Cream with the variation of concentration of green color has the EEDB, the typical aromatic smell, and creamy texture, as well as homogeneous. The increase in the concentration of the extract effect on increasing viscosity and latched onto the cream but lower power spread cream. The result is still in the range of PH the skin. Qualitative each formula only slightly stimulates (<2). The results of the analysis show that each formula has a value different means irritation with t he control base.
