Abstract

The Government and professional organizations have established various regulations regulating the practice of pharmacy profession in pharmacies to improve the quality of service and quality of public health , and as the legal basis and regulates the implementation of pharmaceutical services in pharmacies. This research to aim for know the implementation of pharmacy legislation about pharmacist practice in pharmacy in terms of swamedication service at pharmacies in south-east The study is descriptive survey with a cross-sectional design. Data collected by a surveyor with ghost shopping method. The data obtained are clinical pharmacy service, covering human resources and supporting equipment, general pharmaceutical service and self-medication through pharmacy OWA. Data were analyzed descriptively and presented in table and narration. Research shows that the implementation of legislation regulations about a pharmacist profession practice in pharmacies of Southeast Semarang region not been implemented. Data shows from 56 Pharmacy, only 21 (37.5%) pharmacists are in the pharmacy, only six (6) people (10.7%) use practice attributes, 52 pharmacies (92.9%) have attached pharmacist practice boards, four pharmacists (7.7%) have included listed their practice schedule. Of the 21 pharmacists are practice, No one meets all pharmacy standards at the pharmacy.
