Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence on employee performance in the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Regional III JATENG & DIY. Data collection was done through distributing questionnaires to employees of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Regional III JATENG & DIY. Data analysis in this research using SPSS version 23. Testing data used in this study include the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and linear regression analysis to test and prove the research hypothesis.The problem raised in this study are (1) the influence of intelligence quotient on employee performance, (2) the influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance, (3) the influence of intelligence quotiet, emotional intelligence together with employee performance and where is the highest influence.
