Abstract
Unofficial asylum seekers and refugees are quite important issues for Australia. Since 2008, his arrival in Australia has soared. Despite already having a detention camp, Australia also opted to enter into a cooperation agreement with Malaysia to curb the arrival of refugees and illegal asylum seekers. "Arrangement between the Goverment of Australia and the Government of Malaysia on Transfer and Resettlement" is a planned agreement to replace the Pacific Solution. Australia has this agreement supported by domestic and international factors.
