Abstract

The merah delima water apple is one of the leading commodity in Demak Regency. The purpose of this study to determine the amount of receipts and farm income merah delima water apple in Jungpasir Village Wedung District of Demak Regency and analyze the feasibility of merah delima water apple farming based R/C. Mechanical sampling locations is done by purposive sampling method. The number of respondents is 44 farmers. Respondents in this study were farmers who cultivate the merah delima water apple and worked in their own land. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection is done by interviewing, recording, and observation. The results showed that in one harvest season (six months) the average costs incurred in the merah delima water apple farming fixed cost as much Rp 133.895,- This cost including the tax land cost as much Rp 37.119,-, and constraction tools as much Rp 96.776,-. Whereas the average of variable cost as much Rp. 1.263.636,-. All this cost including the cost of worker as much Rp. 542.045-, cost of as fertilizer much Rp. 339.909,- and cost of pesticide as much Rp. 381.682,-.Total fixed cost and variable cost obtained Rp 1.397.532-. The average of production as much 928 kg/season wich the large of land average 1.485 m² and the average of total trees as much 47 trees. The avarege of price of merah delima water apple is Rp. 7.659/Kg, then will get revenue as much Rp.7.052.727,-/season. The average of income as much Rp. 5.655.196,- and the value R/C of farmer effort in merah delima water apple got 4,96. The result of positive income and R/C show that farmer effort of merah delima water apple to be worked. Keywords: merah delima water apple, revenue, income, R/C.
