Abstract

his research aims to determine the influence of environmental performance to corporate financial performance with corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure as intervening variable in manufacturing companies listed at indonesia stock exchange. This research sample is purposive sampling. There are 50 companies in 2014-2015 which fulfilling criterion as this research sample. The analysis method of this research is multiple regression analysis and path analysis. Hypothesis test using statistical tools in the form of coefficient of determination and t test. The result of analysis by using this regression analysis shows that environmental performance have an corporate financial performance, environmental performance have an corporate social responsibility (CSR), CSR have corporate financial performance and hypothesis test using path analysis show intervening.
